Dr. Maiar Elhadi studied veterinary medicine at the zagazig university, Egypt. and has a master degree crisis, disaster and risk management. since 2019 she is a food safety manager in Majid Al Futtaim Group, she is also responsible for managing all food safety risks and climate change impacts on food security, Maiar Elhadi has 8 years of experience working with food safety risks and pathogens, and the last 3 years she has dedicated to work on impacts of climate change on food safety, foodborne diseases and pathogens. Currently, her research focus on policies for enhancing sustainability and climate resilience to food areas

Ahmadullah Zahir has completed his MSc at the age of 27 years from Nanjing Agricultural University, China. He is the assistant professor/dean of Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University, Afghanistan. He has over 20 publications that have been cited over 83 times, and his publication H-index is 5 and has been serving as an editorial board member of reputed Journals.
