Adrianna Sperkacz is the Group Director of Patient Experience at Apex Health, where she brings over 15 years of specialized expertise in humanizing healthcare and driving user-centered solutions. In her current role, Adrianna leads the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives across multiple hospitals in the GCC Middle East, driving efforts to elevate healthcare quality and operational excellence.

Before joining Apex Health, Adrianna established Patient Experience Departments across the United States - within academia, digital health and value-based care models. Her dedication to human-centered care has earned her a reputation for integrity, credibility and passion in the healthcare industry.

Adrianna completed ‘Executive Healthcare Leadership’ at Cornell University, ‘AI in Healthcare’ at Stanford and holds multiple Six Sigma certifications. She is certified in Patient Experience (CPXP), Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (AB-NLP), Customer Service (CCSP) and was named one of the ‘Top 10 Best Women Leaders from Qatar 2024.’

Deborah Onalo is a pharmacist with a robust background in healthcare and over four years of experience in digital technology, specializing in creating user-centered digital health solutions. With a career spanning industries, Pharmacist Deborah has contributed significantly to improving access to healthcare through innovative designs and seamless system integrations. As a Digital Product Lead at Medplus Pharmacy Limited, the leading pharmaceutical chain in West Africa, Deborah spearheaded projects that bridged technology with healthcare delivery, driving efficiency and patient satisfaction. Passionate about digital health, Deborah has conducted user research in sectors like pharmacy, healthcare financing, and e-commerce, emphasizing usability and scalability. Their work often involves extensive strategy and brainstorming sessions, collaboration with stakeholders and analysts, and leveraging product management tools. Deborah, a former Google Developer Student Club lead, is also the owner of DigiHealth Talks, a platform that brings together all you need to know about digital health and keeps users updated on the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Dr. Haleema Yezdani is a distinguished General Physician and Diabetologist with over 20 years of experience, including a decade specializing in telemedicine. Dr. Yezdani is renowned for her leadership in telemedicine, running free helplines through the BENFA Health Care Program and Hamara Charitable Trust. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she treated over 7,000 patients pro bono through initiatives like Project StepOne and Mercy Mission. A passionate advocate for women empowerment and healthcare innovation, Dr. Yezdani continues to transform lives through her dedication and expertise.

Dr. Asit Kumar Chakraborty was performed his PhD at CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata and awarded PhD degree in 1990 from Calcutta University. He did postdoctoral work at University of California at Berkeley and visiting scientist at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He was Associate Professor of Biochemistry at OIST, Department of Biochemistry Biotechnology, Vidyasagar University and now retired. He published 75 papers and one book.
